Refund policy
At Dans le Noir? Parfums, we are committed to offering you a unique olfactory experience. Before opening your perfume, we give you the opportunity to smell the product using a scented card included in your package. If you do not like the scent, you can return the perfume under certain conditions.
Return Conditions If you wish to return your perfume, here are the conditions to be met:
- Return period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request a return.
- Product concerned: The return policy applies only to 100ml bottles.
- Product condition: The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, ready for resale. Any product returned that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
- Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products Please check the condition of your package upon receipt. If the package is damaged, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with a refund or exchange. Only products returned in their original condition will be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- Contact us: To initiate a return, please contact us directly on the contact page of the website, specifying your order number.
- Return the product: Once your request is validated, send us the perfume at your expense in secure packaging to the address we will provide.
- Return validation: Upon receipt and inspection of the perfume, we will inform you by email of the status of your request. If the return is accepted, the refund will be made as soon as possible.
Exceptions
- This return policy applies only to 100ml bottles.
- No returns will be accepted for opened or used perfumes.
